Mono Monday Challenge: Converse

A challenge of 'Converse' set by new Mono Monday host ApolloFly.  I never knew until this morning that there was a shoe brand 'Converse' but looking at the entries so far it seems a few of you did.  I've gone down a different route of something on which you would converse, or at least, something on which I would rather converse than a mobile phone, which always seems to cut out when two people talk at the same time and never seems to get a signal when you want one.

I wonder how many younger people nowadays know what to do with that big round thing on the front, or who they would get to speak to if they dialled this number?
