This morning (after not very much sleep) me and Mummy woke up in hospital, and had visits from lots of different people. Midwives, physio and hearing screening. I had my baby checks and was a very good girl, lying nice and still for the midwife.
I have positional talipes, so mummy has been given some exercises to do with me to help straighten my feet. I also have a heart murmur, so had to wait to be seen by a doctor before I was allowed home. Just to be a little more awkward I also refused to lie still for my hearing test, and failed on my left ear.
Mummy and daddy were hoping to take me home about lunch time, but by the time we'd waited for the doctor to listen to my heart murmur, and for referrals to be put in for audiology clinic, cardiology clinic and for a hip scan due to me being breech it was tea time before we got home!
Thomas was waiting for us on the corner of the road and he was so excited, he had decorated the house with grandma's assistance with some pink balloons and a welcome home baby Chloe sign.
Thomas had some cuddles with me, and played some football outside with daddy before bedtime. Grandma, Grandad and uncle Marmoo joined mummy and daddy for a takeaway tea. (and a few beers for the men!)
