Grey

I had another appointment at the osteopath this morning. Unfortunately it looks like I’ll need to go back to conventional medicine as my arm/shoulder isn’t responding as we hoped it would.
Mr H & I stopped in Stonehaven for a coffee on the way home. I was hoping for a better photo of the sea, but it’s all a bit grey today.
