Arty Farty Stuff?

There was a minute or two with some nice colour in the sky this morning .... but it didn't last.

I had to go and get a set of jump leads to get Bags car started. The very light dusting of snow and the frost on this boulder attracted my attention.

Having got the leads and the car running I found the handbrake seized - which took a bit of rocking back and forward to release.
Then it was two flat tyres............
I was so glad that my car had an electric pump in the tool box.

That lot was was more farty than arty.

LML was obviously getting in some early practice for some time on the stage - even if it is only seasonal.

When SWMBO and I were going to get something for our evening meal we took the Cygnet to give Bags a break for him as both the kids were being a pain due to their colds.
I tried something a bit new .......... a long exposure while spinning the trolley round me, trying to keep the Cygnet roughly in focus.
They were definatley more arty farty than successful.
At least I can say I tried - and I may well try it another time in a slightly more controlled way.


36 years ago today since the drinks laws changed in Scotland and allowed you to drink until 11pm (rather that 10pm).
How do I know this?
Because I didn't get the chance to do so for weeks due to being hit by a car that came through a red traffic light and nearly killed me.
