Bread
It was going really well, but then after a day of rising and proving etc I forgot about it and it rose so much it came over and down the sides of the tins so I had to tip it all out, re knead it and wait again. It is a bit lumpier than I had planned now but I am sure will taste just fine. The sourdough starter has been going for months now and always works!
