Watching Endeavour tonight ( excitement on all levels)

Tonight I cooked from scratch using fresh Irish ingredients;

Starter: homemade Tomato, onions and harissa soup

Mains was beef Borg(inoine??) using French green beans, big mushrooms, garlic, red wine, beef, Shallots and potato mash - cooked very slowly
