Buds

The onset of poor weather has to be an opportunity to catch up on indoor jobs and planning. Washing and entering survey data have been the main tasks today. 
When we moved here, we inherited only one tree, a flowering cherry, which was in pretty poor shape so we removed it and planted a Victoria Plum and a Rowan, then later another another Rowan in the front garden along with a Magnolia brought with us in a pot, which is pretty much all our small garden can sustain. Our neighbours have 2 large damson trees which is a staging post for many of our garden visitors. Good to see the buds just about ready to burst.
