Storm Freya?

I thought that it was supposed to largely miss us here in Surrey. Well if it has then i dread to think what it's like elsewhere. I took this photo this photo just before 1300 (en route to the compost heap) and it was raining and miserable then. It's now 1843 and blowing a hoolie.
