It is raining

Awoke to the sound of rain; pulled back the curtains to see grey skies and water falling..... hey ho... not the best sight after three weeks in sunny India!  However, I am delighted to have enjoyed a pleasant night in my own bed in a warm house. The new boiler, fitted whilst I was away, is working beautifully!  
I went out with friends today for lunch - so fridge is still empty! But will be able to go shopping tomorrow whilst the car is going in for its first MOT. A very good lunch and fun to catch up with news of what has been going on whilst I have been gallivanting!
Storm Freya is having fun - I hear things rolling about in the road - she is blowing a hoolie out there and having fun with the wheelie bins.
