Notes: Had labs back at Quest before starting Protandim. Left around 945a. Back and ate and headed out to pool - another warm sunny day. Headed to Gulf building at 2p for Lucy's 90th bday party - huge turnout, lots of food. Was some cloud cover and then just plain hot again. Left around 330p, got shower and little nap. Happy hour then at 5 but huge group. Quiet rest of night.
