Colour is returning spring is near..

A lovely walk a friend round National Trust this morning to take time.

We had a cup of coffee we'll I was herbal tea still off coffee, will try one again but not sure I need the caffiene rush at the moment.


Parkrun day and gave it a miss felt very strange and now working out where to fit my run in!!

We then had lunch together catching up as we had not seen each other since Christmas. So we came up for air about 2pm in time for visiting.
