Goats cheese and mushroom Delight!

We spent this afternoon at a colleagues house, or more accurately enjoying the view in their outdoor kitchen. They have an outdoor pizza oven so after they knocked up the dough, we got to roll our own bases and do our own toppings.

For me, goats cheese and mushroom was just heavenly! And a lovely afternoon with lovely people :)
