Had a torturous day at work today with jobs falling over, errors and way too much sugar.

I did get a parkrun ‘pass’ from my colleagues though; I went there first and they put up with my marmite on toast and post run aromas for the rest of the day.

We had a fish and chip dinner and an evening of tv. Roo finally worked out how to get treats from this toy which has sat on the floor for weeks. It belonged to Ripley and he got the idea within minutes. Once she figured it out she was banging it around with a great deal of enthusiasm.
