Manzanilla, Malaga

Today it poured with rain, and then it rained again, and again util it was rained out and the sun came out in the afternoon. Meanwhile we'd had a fun time exploring the Carmen Thyssen Museum and then meeting up with Andrew (Blipmeet Andalucia no. 3!) for more exploration and a tour of some of the city's best bars.

I can particularly recommend El Pimpi Bar which had a great ambience, excellent wine, and fab olives and more - a wonderful choice of place to hang out...

Later we went to have a late lunch at Manzanilla: this is Dani Garcia's new restaurant and is a real gastronomic experience. He has now opened a place in New York and is rapidly turning into a world renowned cook so catch him before he gets too big. Some wonderful concepts in food here - I loved it.
