I am so very sorry, really I am.

All I can do is apologise to you for you not being able to smell this bread. It is a Three Cheese Bread. It’s only the 2nd time I’ve made it, the first time was about 3 weeks ago and I could still smell it in the house the next morning although we’d eaten most of it and the last 3 slices were frozen. To eek out the deliciousness I’m going to leave it to cool which is agonising then slice it all up and freeze it.
So, sorry again that you can’t taste or smell it. You never know, I might bake you a whole loaf all for yourself one day.
