our farm fresh recipe of the week this week is a delicious spinach, feta and pine nut pie. i didn't make it, priya did. i just tasted it and took a picture. i will be making in when i get home though.

i leave tomorrow. hooooorah!

excited as i am to get home, it's always hard to leave zambia. after finishing a few work things this morning i hung out with funga and the wonder twins this afternoon. they always make it hard to leave. then tonight i had drinks with kristi, roddy and lucy.

this time tomorrow i'll be in the air. woo!
