Loophole tower 6

There were 15 of these built around the coast between August 1778 and March 1779 to deter possible French attacks after France declared itself an ally of the American rebels in the American Revolutionary War.
But I couldn’t find the micro geocache which is hidden here. I did find one at the Millennium Stone though...
