Great Tit and Robin

Minus six degrees Celsius again this morning and a fairly early start for an Addenbrookes appointment for Mr A. We then had a late lunch in Scotsdales before stocking up on bird food to last until after Christmas.

The Robin was on the feeder when this Great Tit came along and chased it away, just as I pressed the shutter.

You can see how frosty it was by the amount of frost on the feeders, It has been cold all day and not much above freezing, already, just as it is getting dark, it is well below freezing.
