Hand therapy kick off

Bas and I went to see the hand therapist this afternoon. She removed some of the stitches and did some exercises with Bas’ hand. We were there for quite a while, from 14.00 until 16.15.
All and all a very intense experience for Bas, but for me as well.
It’s easier to be the patient yourself than watching your child being the patient. That hurts so much more.

Bas got a new smaller splint. The one from the hospital in London can go to the family archives.

Guess what? Tomorrow 8 am we’ll be back at the therapist again.
