Middlemen

Noticed this on the hoarding by our temporary Morrison’s store this evening. Curious choice for Folkestone - just 1.5 miles away you can buy your fish straight from the fishermen who landed it that day, definitely no middlemen or supermarkets required!
As it happens we had a lovely piece of sea bass for tea, bought from the lovely fish market on The Stade.
