Smudge spends quite a lot of time on top of the big wooden walnut looking down at something we can't see.

I have a feeling there may be mice thereabouts as she keeps catching them and often brings them into the house.

What a change in weather today. Winter woollies have been brought out once again and it has rained very heavily on and off throughout the day. I think our mini summer spell is over.
