eating the rainbow

Nutritionists often recommend eating the rainbow and it looks as though we will be doing just that!

Pictured is the Healthy Start Box which I bought today from Parry Farm Produce in Dumfries. We are so fortunate to have a proper greengrocer's shop in our town, run by lovely couple Gwyn and Elenna. They try very hard to buy local produce wherever possible and to use as little packaging as they can. They deliver for free in Dumfries, so I got my box delivered to the cafe.

Speaking of the cafe, The Usual Place officially received its Healthy Living Award at a ceremony in Glasgow yesterday :-)
