My fitbit is back

Okay............... it never went away.

I continued to use it, despite the broken strap.   I tried varies things to pin it to my arm.  My final solution a very old, weather beaten wrist support - it did the job.  Of course, I looked like an invalid.

For approx 3 weeks.

Lucky I am at an age where I don't care what I look like.  All I care about is keeping my "perfect" track record of getting at least 8000 steps a day.  And near perfect, record of moving, every hour for 12 hours a day.

The getting a replacement strap - provided drama to the very end.

It took
20 days - not 5, as "advertised",
cost more money, than "advertised" - I had to pay customs duty
and the cherry on the top............

The courier delivered it, when it suited them, NOT ME i.e. they just showed up, at the complex.  I was not there, I was farming.   No problem the guy says, I'll leave it with security.  Something that is not officially ALLOWED and/or particularly SECURE.  Eish !

Obviously I did get it.

For the record, it came in a dirty (not exaggerating) plastic bag, popped inside a manila envelope.............. thankfully it "fixed" my fitbit.

I am once more complete.

I LOVE MY TOY !
