Beside the Still Waters....

There is still water in some parts of the Taylor River bed. This tranquil stretch is just upstream from the Omaka Ford and culvert. Once again it was a little chilly first thing this morning when Maisie and I set out on our walk.
Son Duncan has arrived from Havelock this evening..... a day earlier than I expected. But he will be able to help me with some much needed work in the garden tomorrow. The garden has been a little neglected of late due to my annoying lower back pain.
