Frugal ....

..... breakfast
M and I enjoyed breakfast and an hours chat before she left for Eastbourne. She arrived safely at 13.45pm reporting it was a slow steady journey with lots of traffic.
I did some washing and got it all dry outside what joy, tho' it is said to change tomorrow onwards. Then I did a small shop came home and tidied - up after yesterday, I'm pleased to say mobility was better today but then I was moving " gingerly" in case I set everything in motion again.
Brilliant day with clear blue skies.

Appreciate .... relief of pain and tho' news of "J" could have been better but ever onwards.
