Soothing.

Had quite a hectic day. Two to look after as it is half term. Sofia still not very well. I had to go round and stay in their house as Gas engineer coming to put the messed up repair to their gas boiler right. Cassie obviouslt tired but was she going to have a nap? Not on your life!
Sofia to the Drs. It is tonsilitis!( I resisted saying "I told you so")
Then had to leave Mr Echo in to wait for the Gas man . Children off to a friends. I had a meeting from 3.30 until 6p.m Then a meal.
Have been struggling with a very dry throat for a few days linked to an
allergy I get to do with tree spores at this time of year.
Got home with throat still sore. Went to bed with a hot lemon and honey drink.
