Day 058/19. A aerial view.

I went to a small industry exhibition at the Excel in East London today. I could not resist a small diversion on the way home, adding perhaps 20 minutes to my journey.
The Emirates Air Line cable car across the Thames is spectacular. It rises over 90 metres into the air to enable large ships to pass underneath. Each direction takes approximately 10 minutes.
In my picture (looking west) is the O2 arena and behind that the commercial heart of London in Canary Wharf. In the far distance are the towers of the City of London.
