Measuring health

My Achille's tendon has been causing me grief for several months and this afternoon I had an appointment with the physiotherapist. I had to fill in a questionnaire which asked me to score my current health on a scale from zero to 100 where 0 was the worst I could imagine and 100 the best possible. Not an easy question; I decided that being dead would score a zero but a 100 was quite beyond my imagination.
