Bilston Bridge

A quiet morning doing some photo editing. It looks pretty windy out there again.

After coffee, I go for a pre lunch bike ride. A short ride out to Roslin, the the new cycle path to Shawfair. The path goes over Bilston Glen using Bilston Bridge. From Shawfair I head down to Musselburgh along a B road, turningoff at Montonhall, and head along the River Esk cycle path to the centre. The Extra shows one of the new statues that make up a trail around Musselburgh. The cycle path continues along the coast to Edinburgh Rd. I follow the road,a nd then join the Innocent railway path back in to Edinburgh.

A quiet afternoon, but I walk down to the west end to do some birthday present shopping, and to get a nice cup of coffee and a bite to eat before heading home.
