From Frost Bite to Sunburn

A clear but chilly cycle to Otley this morning, a manic 6 hours of work, by 1 O'clock I was desperate to get outside having spent much of the last week out of doors. I was speedily out the door at 2.30, it's oh so much quicker to get changed when all you need is shorts and a top, and I was whizzing home in the sunshine. Glorious!
