Merry Marionette

Last year's Dorothy will this year be gracing the stage at the annual school Festive Eve as a marionette in Pinnochio.

I had been under the impression that all the costumes were being provided this year (because thecteacher told me so!) so didn't even think about it until the day before yesterday , when M informed me we were responsible for our own after all . Anyway, after sending off a huge case full of 22kg of Christmas presents (no clothes st all yet..) to the airport , we spent ages trawling around Al Park, looking for something vaguely Pinnochio-esque.
As you can see, we were not exactly fruitful in our search.

However she looks enough like the other girl who is doing her song with her, so that will do!
