Interesting last night. Had the shivers followed by fever then about 1am I was much better but couldn’t sleep. Pants Monster can do that to you - causes temperature extremes when the inflammation is bad. I was exhausted today of course and although the pain was much much better I had no energy. Anyway, tomorrow is another day. I shall approach it with optimism.
