Putting boxes in cars.

Today we the trainers were trained. on how to put boxes in and out of cars and some other manual handling stuff.

The trainer was a bald kiwi with a big chip on his shoulder about the british. Oh and he won bronze at weightlifting in the commonwealth games or something in 1980plonk - he liked telling us that. A lot.

I don't think he has got the best idea here though.
