Hometime....

....and the weekend starts here!

Newcastle is home to two of these lovely ladies, this one on the corner of Blackett and Pilgrim Sts, and another one on Westgate Rd. I'm pretty sure I remember being told they represent Aurora (godess of the dawn) and the 4 cherubs are the 4 winds....but of course I might be just making that up!
