Marshmallow eggs

So Cadbury has done the dirty on NZ with silly half- marshmallow Easter eggs instead of whole ones. So they say the Australian plant can’t make eggs the old way. How revolting- I’ll never buy them again. Which means it’s time to nut out a method to make my own. This is my first try... accidentally slightly over salted the marshmallow! Still nice though. The moulding is not so bad- you use flour and real eggs to make indentations but the choc dipping is the tougher prospect. If you make a whole egg then it will have a silly flat chocolate bottom... so half eggs sandwiched is probably the best way to go. Just like Cadbury used to do.
