A warm sunny day. There were so many jobs to do after our weekend away that I didn't get much chance to appreciate the good weather. 

I've added a more interesting extra which Jane sent me of her and Poppy at the start of a 5k Canicross event at Dalby Forest a week ago. I think Poppy is posing for a photo.
