A hard day. But it's not completely dark when leqving work today as you can see.

I got a letter from the psychotherapy department and after being on their waiting list for 18mnths they have an appointment for me. It's a weekly thing for up to a year and I am worried that work won't let me go. I know people will say they have to but it's not that simple when you work in a small place and work to ratios .
It is really stressing me out and the poor woman at lunchtime got me trying to talk and cry at the same time.
I need to speak to someone at work soon.
This weekend proved I need their help.
