Thumb Suckers

"People who suck their thumbs are babies aren't they Daddy?"
"Is that right? Is there anyone at your nursery who sucks their thumb?"
"Emm, Abby and emm what was the thing we ate when Daniel and Emily were here?"
"Pizza?"
"No."
"Spaghetti?"
"No not that."
"Lasagne?"
"Yes! Anya - she sucks her thumb too!"

This made me chuckle - the way his brain has associated Anya's name with Lasagne. Daniel and Emily came to visit last summer!
