Daily bread

I haven't had a bready blip for a wee while, haven't made these batch loaves for a week or two (as husband kindly reminded me!).
Tonight we had champ for dinner which meant that we had a pot full of 'potato water' left. Nigella raves about using potato water for bread making & I have to say I'm a big fan of it too.
