The Second Snow of Summer

As I suspected, snow was falling on the mountains yesterday when the wind and rain were so cold. Most of the day clouds covered the peaks, but Castle Hill Peak broke through for a while.

We had a total of 29mm of rain, enough to give the ground a good soaking.
