Beach volleyball before breakfast

The sunshine was more Canarian than Lothian early this morning.  The temperature, however, was somewhat cooler.

Runners, rowers, swimmers, cyclists and varying speed of pedestrian were vying to be the fittest person on the  Porty promenade. Even the wee green coffee van was doing an early "roasting" trade. 

In the afternoon the promenade was even busier as T went for a walk  and I headed off to an early evening shift.
