A friend of mine asked me for a photo of my hair so I took this one this morning and sent it to her! time to change my profile picture too!! 

I went to work this morning and got a very lovely response to my new look!

It was going to be a very difficult day today as I was expecting news, but when the news came it was good so I was filled with relief! Time to move onwards and upwards!

In other news, I am still pursuing my mindfulness initiative at work and today there was a meeting about it. I put forward the idea and also an article I have written to support it, for our internal website at work.  I await news about whether it will be accepted!
