“It’s more of a comment than a question?”

Arrrgh, there is ALWAYS some rambling mansplainer in the audience who thinks nothing of posturing on a completely  irrelevant point for five minutes, only to conclude “it is more of a comment than a question”. It is a Q and A?! 

I loved the film “ Ballon” though. It is based on a true story of two families trying to escape East Germany.
