Pleasures of Past Times

I spent quite a while gazing into this shop window tonight on the way home from work, as I was walking through Cecil Court, just off Charing Cross Road. The shop contains 'Books, playbills and bygones of the performing arts, also illustrated and children's books pre 1940, Victoriana and postcards' (yes, I just looked it up!). I really must go inside next time, I bet there's some fascinating stuff in there!

I went over to Tragalgar Square after to listen to carol singers performing in front of the tree, which was rather lovely! A bit of a tear came into my eye when they sang 'Once in Royal David's City'..I had to pretend to take lots of photos (whilst sneakily wiping a tear away!)

Sorry, once again, I'm way behind with my comments!
