Day Lily 2

Such a delicate day lily greeted me outside early this morning. Even though my life is so crazy at the moment (Portfolio and report time!), I ran back in to get the camera.
I just love the yellow ruffles against the pale pink!

C's last High School Presentation night last night and I have to admit that is one part of having high school children I will not miss! 3 hours in a crowded hall to watch your child walk up on stage for about 15 seconds to get her award is not my idea of fun! She received a prize for contribution to Dance and excellence in PE - Well Done Angel!
