Mudlarked!

Check out all the crap treasures I found on the Thames foreshore in Greenwich this morning!  This was my first foray since I got my permit recently; Tim came with me and kept me company while I dug about in the dirt (mostly with the toe of my welly).  Now I've got it all home and cleaned up I really feel like I should probably put most of it back in the river, but I love the almost-intact clay pipe (bottom left) and the obviously much more modern 'evil eye' just above it.  Definitely keeping those!

Spent ages cleaning all this up when we got home.  Then cooked a tasty mushroom risotto thing for dinner.  Not much time for much else.

Family stuff better today - think things are getting sorted.
