The Cellar

This is The Cellar Restaurant in Padiham, near Burnley.  We have dined there although, sadly, not recently.   It is a very interesting building, very popular, and with a good reputation.  It was originally known as The Old Black Bull (the New Black Bull is just down the road) and dates back to around 1650.  It  is reputed to be the oldest building in Padiham.
