The strangest lunch

A bunch of us at work go to the cafeteria on fridays, the only day there is dessert on the menu.
Today, the menu said Surprise me, and it turns out, the chef was right.
There were some six different kind of dishes, some 5 types of salads, including mango-chili salad and lots of salsas.
I tried a bit of just half of it and rolled out of there some 40 minutes later
