A colourful woodland

Out to the Pool with Anne first thing so unable to photograph the sunrise which looked beautiful as we travelled to Dingwall.
Back home by ten.Mike and myself had decided to get some fish from the Fish man for tea but we were not quite sure what time he came to Fortrose so Mike phoned him. He was in North Kessock and would phone us when he was leaving. An hour and 5 minutes later still no phone call.David had the day off so we thought we would treat him to a Cromarty pizza especially as they still had their offer of buy one get one half price but we needed to be there by 2 so we decided to head off.As soon as we reached the Pizza Place the Fish man phoned to say he would be in Fortrose in 10 mins so we quickly grabbed the pizzas and headed straight back.
Lovely pieces of fish which we enjoyed for dinner in the evening and very tasty pizza too.
Later in the afternoon the sun came out and we went to The Point for a walk. The seagulls had pooped on the car so it needed a wash so off we went to Jemimaville. It only costs £1 and easier than washing it at home.
We went to see snowdrops and aconites on the way home.A beautiful display. The new wooden house has been completed , just the garage being built now.
The tractors were busy ploughing the fields nearby and the sunlit up the oilrigs.
We noticed the coastguard helicopter having a practise over the Firth, amazing to watch as the helicopter hovers so close to the surface of the water and a Coastguard dangles below.
