On the other side

Virtually all my working life I have been in and around primary schools, in one capacity or another. And yes, I have written, produced, directed and worried over a fair number of nativity plays, Christmas concerts and the like.

So, what a joy today to be in the audience watching grandchildren in their concert, and with nothing to do other than watch for them and take a few photographs.

I fully empathise with those blippers who are, or have been, involved with similar activities at the moment, but oh it is wonderful to be . . .

. . . on the other side!
